Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant seeking new opportunities? Elite Supply Services invites you to become part of our team, working in a Secondary School located in the vibrant Lichfield area on a supply basis.
Role Overview:
- Provide 11 support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), fostering an inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate closely with the SENCO, adhering to Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Educational Health Care Plans (EHCPs) to ensure tailored support for each student.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant experience working with children is essential, whether gained in educational settings, mentoring, tutoring, sports coaching, summer camps, youth work, or leadership roles in organizations like Scouts or Girl Guides.
- All experiences should be supported by verifiable references.

- Day shift
- Flexitime
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lichfield: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
