My client is a leading Property Management and Consultancy business based in the North West however who manage properties in their portfolio throughout the NW and South East.

They are currently looking to secure a key individual to join their Property Management division of their business.

The role has come about due to the continued success and growth of the group as a whole and they feel that this is the next key piece to their jigsaw operationally.

The role is for a Property Management Surveyor

As a group they carry out Project Management and Construction services for both Commercial and Retail fit out projects throughout the North West as well as an ever growing FM offering.

In addition to this they are also property managers on a number of buildings at present and the property management division of the group is rapidly growing and has exciting plans, hence the requirement for bringing in an individual in this role.

The role will involve overseeing the Property Management function on one or multiple buildings which at present range from Residential and Commercial and also mixed use buildings.

The role will consist of working with Landlords and tenants on on running maintenance, improvement and operation of the buildings and their common parts.

Setting, receiving, reconciling and managing the spend of Service Charges. Organising maintenance and upkeep, liaising and partnering with their FM partners. And building and expanding existing and future relationships and networks across the board in the role.


Salary:
£29,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
