I am working with a leading fund administrator, who provide a broad range of commercial, legal and administrative services to multinational corporations, financial institutions, alternative investment funds and entrepreneurs.

In this role, you will have exposure to both private equity and real estate and learn about the different fund structures.

Their staff are at the heart of their business and always look to promote internally, as well as having a strong focus on their employees wellness by providing yoga and Pilates classes, discounted gym memberships, workshops on a range of important topicssuch as; family nutrition, meditation, sleep and stress.

As well as this, they are also providing study support towards ACA/ACCA/CIMA.

Responsibilities:

Coordination of client deliverables
Oversight and review of fund and SPV accounting prepared in the offshore jurisdiction
Assist in the preparation of management accounts for special purpose vehicles and closed ended fund clients
Assist in the preparation and review of annual financial statements under UK GAAP and IFRS for special purpose companies and closed ended fund clients
Managing the audit process and liaising with auditors
Preparation of UK VAT and CIS returns
Experience of consolidations, including subsidiaries reporting in foreign currencies would be beneficial
Experience of preparing FCA regulated reporting (e.g. AIFMD, COREP, FSA001/002) would be beneficial
