Description
We are expanding our creative department and are looking for a talented motion graphics designer to join our studio.

We are looking for someone that can be committed to our values, is passionate about tech and media, and is committed to pushing the envelope whilst working in a small team.


The Role

  • Having a strong skillset in graphic creation driving projects from concept to completion
  • Designing 2D and 3D motion graphics for client and internal projects
  • Designing largescale print and static graphics
  • Working on live event sites to produce onthefly changes to content
  • Video editing, grading, sound design and delivery

About You


You are highly creative, confident in bringing new and original ideas to the table, you actively keep abreast of developments in the field, and are able to integrate new techniques and technologies into our productions.


You are able to manage your own workflow and are the kind of person who works in a well-organised and logical manner when dealing with multiple files and projects.


With a keen organisational streak, you'll be happy working across multiple accounts and have a proven track record of delivering successful projects from start to finish.


  • You are fluent in Adobe CC programs, primarily After Effects.
  • You are able to follow a brief and work within brand guidelines whilst making appropriate creative decisions
  • You have a creative mindset and are willing to challenge the status quo
  • You are experienced in working with irregular screen sizes, types and shapes
  • You have extensive knowledge of video formats and codecs
  • Knowledge of trends and best practices in video production, design and media
  • You have knowledge of and passion for live events, music, media, and creative arts
  • Advanced knowledge of using Trapcode Suite
  • 4+ years of industry experience in 2D or 3D motion design for live events, broadcast and/ or music.

Desirable but not necessary:


  • 3D rendering experience using Blender, Cinema4D, or another software
  • A level of understanding and interest in realtime software and technologies such as Notch, Unreal, and Touch Designer.
  • Some knowledge of Virtual Production techniques
  • Experience working in a video capture environment including the setup and operation of video and lighting equipment

  • £36,000 per year DOE
