Financial Operations Assistant

Hybrid, Dorking 2 days a week

We are looking for a diligent Financial Operations Assistant to join our growing team here at Unum UK.

This person will play a key role in ensuring core financial operations are performed accurately and effectively, including month end reconciliations, processing company payments, and maintaining financial records.

You'll work with the rest of the finance team to continually improve processes and support change initiatives.

What will you bring?

In order to be successful in this role:

Strong numerical skills with a basic understanding of finance and accounting processes
Strong system skills, good knowledge of MS Excel
Attention to detail with an understanding of the importance controls
Excellent communication skills

The successful Financial Operations Assistant can expect:
