Building Repair Solutions Ltd is a domestic property insurance repair specialist, and has enjoyed significant growth over the past 5 years.
With offices in Essex, Surrey, The Midlands and Scotland, further expansion is envisaged during 2023.There are both office based and remote working staff and most notably significant growth in the direct labour employed by the business and this is plannedto continue to grow during next year.
To date, the HR function has been outsourced but the decision has now been made to bring the people management role 'inhouse' and it is in this regard we look to recruit a suitable professional.
Although the basics are in place, we are looking for someone to come and put their mark on the role, displaying suitable gravitas and understanding they will be working with the Directors to implement change.
Based from the Midlands office in Dudley you will be used to 'putting your hand' to whatever is needed to move the business forward.
