Office Pantry is on a mission to make people happier and more productive at work.

We deliver fresh fruit, healthy snacks, milk, drinks, coffee, craft beer, and more to companies nationwide, many of whom you will be familiar with.

We are now looking for a fantastic Delivery Team Leader to join our growing team.
Ideally we are looking for a people and planning orientated person.

===

The Role

You will have a key role within our growing team to ensure each of our customers receives a brilliant experience from your delivery team.

This means you will be:

Directly reporting to the Logistics Manager
Setting off the Delivery and Service team in the mornings
Helping load vehicles
Training new delivery and service team members to your high standards
Ensuring customer orders have been delivered and serviced correctly each and every day
Weekly route planning
Delivering if necessary (as a safety net to ensure everything is delivered on time)

Your working schedule will look like the following:

Saturday
Sunday: 05:00
13:30

Monday

Wednesday: 02:30 11:00

Thursday

Friday: Off
Role-Specific Requirements:
General knowledge of London and postcodes is helpful
An understanding of route planning
Experience in inventory and stock management is helpful
Exceptional attention to detail
Always willing to roll up your sleeves
Being someone people enjoy being around
