MILK Education are currently working with several Secondary Schools within the Denbighshire area who are seeking to appoint Supply Teachers to work on day-to-day, short term and long term.

The Supply Teacher roles are to start as soon as possible and willbe on-going throughout the full academic year.

**Requirements for a Supply Teacher

  • Hold a relevant teaching qualification with QTS, such as a PGCE, B.Ed or a BA Hons
  • Previous teaching experience is also required.
  • Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident.
  • Two suitable references covering the last 2 years.
  • Either live in and around Denbighshire or are willing to travel.
**What the role entails

  • Covering lessons for a class teacher who are absent due to sickness, training, or meetings.
  • Positive classroom management, building rapport and a good working relationship with students and staff alike.
  • Being adaptable to students needs by providing 1 to 1 and small group assistance where required.
  • Working with other staff members to meet the school's expectations of learning and development.
