About SureCare:
Since 1994, our care services have expanded across the country.
From our initial work in personal care and support, we now provide care for people with disabilities and those affected by dementia.
It's our mission to go above and beyond in offering our wide range of services, incidentally, it's in our best interest to partner the right Care Assistants with Service Users based on hobbies & interests this in return builds a trusting relationship that's tailored for our Service Users.
The Role:
Within the SureCare family, we find it's very important we look after our Care workers so, in return they look after our service users.
With care visits ranging from a minimum of 30 minutes to two hours or more, supporting with a range of tasks such as personal care, assisting with medication and meal preparation, this gives the Care worker plenty of time to build a rapport with the people who require care.
We pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality of care to a wide scope of care requirements, no matter what we're faced with, this means we're looking for Care workers who are patient, empathetic, reliable & want to make a difference in their community."For 7 years now I have been a part of the SureCare family.
Here's what Rachel says about working with us
"I first came to SureCare in 2015 with little experience and absolutely no idea what being a Home Care Worker entailed, but with the correct training and fabulous support from both the management and my colleagues, I gained more experience as well as a level 2 qualification in Health and Social care and access to online training to help further my knowledge. I couldn't think of any other company that I'd want to work for, I love the work we do and seeing the people we care for everyday"
Rachel
