    **Job Title:** Experienced Regional Clinical Research Associate (CRA)

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced UK-based Clinical Research Associate to join our team, working closely with a multinational biopharmaceutical company partner.

    This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a global Biotechnology company that prides itself on addressing unmet medical needs and reducing the social and economic burden of disease in society today.

    The successful candidate will be part of a big team of ICON staff with a strong internal support structure in place, including a mentoring training plan.

    The role involves working with a key Global client and requires 1x internal interview only with immediate feedback.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Select potential investigators for clinical trials
    • Provide monitoring visit reports within required timelines
    • Drive performance at study sites by proactively identifying and escalating study-related issues
    • Perform source data verification according to SDV plan and resolve data queries
    • Initiate, monitor, and close study sites in compliance with client procedural documents, sharing information on patient recruitment and study site progress with local Study Delivery Teams
    • Train, support, and advise Investigators and site staff on study-related matters

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years' experience working as a UK clinical research monitor or CRA
    • Residency in the UK with appropriate right-to-work documentation granted
    • Valid driving license
