Job Description:

Maternity Cover, Previous experience ideal

This role will form part of the NHS Trusts, Cambridge Team who provide first line support for all reactive calls reported by the NHS Trusts and Staff on site.

The role will report to the Lead contract Support on the contract and in turn will provide service delivery support for all M&E Services, which are managed by 1 x Account Director and 1 x M&E Manager.

The Helpdesk is also managed through a site-based team at the CBRE office base location with the use of Service Insight CAFM System and associated sites to track finances and statutory compliance
