Responsibilities
As a Technical Administrator, you'll be working within the Infrastructure quality project team, supporting with the technical administrative functions for implementation of the new Infrastructure Integrated Management System (IMS)
Your day to day will include:
- Assisting the IMS Manager, managing work volume, and assuring progress against the programme
- Providing editing and branding of documentation in line with the Kier branding requirements
- Ensuring accuracy and precision of the content produced
- Liaise with the "writers" as required to produce content
- Liaise with Kier Group to publish content to the IMS pages
What do we need from you?
This role of Technical Administrator (IMS) is great for you if:
- Computer literate, with experience of Microsoft Office including Excel, high level of word skills required
- Ideally have knowledge and practical understanding of SharePoint, and web publishing.
- Ideally familiar with Business Management System requirements
- Attention to detail
- Time management
