Senior Paid Search Account Manager - Marketing Agency - London (Hybrid)

The Company


Our client is a greatly established Digital Media Agency who have been working with a large variety of intriguing brands for over 10 years.

Working with just under 100 specialists covering a range of services and channels including Paid Media, Shopping,Display & Video, This agency is looking for a talented individual to join their team as a Senior Paid Search Account Manager.

The Role


Joining as Paid Search Senior Account Manager, you will lead across account management and development, as well as client servicing, and team management.


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and supporting junior team members, reviewing their development, and delegating tasks to them
  • Carrying out forecasting, whilst meeting and surpassing targets
  • Exceptional client account management, liaising with partners on a regular basis
  • Grow and expand the quality of work across your clients.
  • Develop and sustain new business initiatives and innovative solutions on client accounts
  • Maintain a strategic outlook on client activity, and moderating workload across your team and managing quality control on product
  • Regulate training and internal/external communication.

You

  • At least 3 years' experience managing Paid Search campaigns.
  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Ads and Google platforms, as well as bid management tools such as Kenshoo, Marin, etc.
  • Sufficient experience working on conversionbased campaigns.
  • Experience managing junior team members.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to create longstanding professional relationships.
  • A commercial attitude, as well as a personable and positive attitude
