About the role:_

We have a fantastic Early Years Practitioner role available in a wonderful Nursery school based BS3, Bristol.


You will be a part of a friendly & welcoming 'family' within this school, the team are extremely supportive of each other and it is very important to them to get along with each other.

This is a very calm & modern nursery that provides extremely high standards of care & education for the children.

They look after their staff very well & have a low staff turnover.


Excellent communication skills are key in this role as you will be working closely with the Room Leader & you will be building close professional relationships with the parents.

Providing a warm welcome for the parents for drop - off & pick-up is vital when working in this nursery as they pride themselves on well established and long lasting relationships.


You will be looking after the children's day to day needs such as changing, feeding, administering first aid and engaging the in activities.

You will help to provide a range of stimulating & fun activities for the children which will promote learning.

You will help to engage the children in activities that are organised by the nursery such as 'Forest school' and Music lessons.


It is your responsibility to be aware of any safeguarding concerns & report back to the Room Leader or Safeguarding lead.

It is also part of your role to track the children's progress & report this back to the parents.

What the Nursery school are looking for:_

This fantastic Nursery is looking for a caring, kind & supportive practitioner.

They would like an experienced Practitioner, it would be preferred if you were qualified however there may be an option to be placed on the Level 3 EYFS course to gain a qualification.

You will need to be someone who is passionate about providing a high standard of care for the children & to be a dedicated hard worker.
