My client are a start-up SaaS company whose platform is designed to help improve and streamline a company's hiring processes by providing them with cutting-edge psychoanalysis and psychometric tests, tailored to their needs.

This is a new product withinan exponentially growing industry and has already been immensely successful, therefore they are a company with BIG ambition.


As the product is tailored, your role as a
Graduate Sales Development Representativewill give you the opportunity to bring on businesses from absolutely any industry so you can tailor your approach to personal interests.

As they are a start-up, this is the perfect time to join if you're looking for exposure to all elements of the business and want an opportunity where you can grow alongside the company - they have also recently received funding

Hands on training from the commercial director and director of sales, both of which have and extensive background in sales and the industry as you can expect.

First 2 weeks you will be given a 'training bootcamp' to get you up to scratch, and then continuoustraining from there

Super collaborative ('open floor'), lots of team players with a range of personalities. Close knit with lots of socials, evenings out, company events - ultimately they're all very close and love socialising. Offering hybrid working and wellness days.


Salary:

£28K - 35K basic DOE + completely uncapped commission, with 1st year graduates taking home £40K - 45K OTE.

  • Minimum 6 months experience in sales or phonebased role.
