Are you looking to work for a Music & Publishing business? Do you have experience in financial analysis and business partnering?


If so, we have an opportunity for you to work as a
FP&A Analyst in the vibrant commercial team of a global Music business.

The role will be joining a great team with fantastic benefits and opportunities for progression. The role is based in Central London and offers very flexible hybrid working opportunities.

The role will initially work on a combination of Management Accounts and Analysis, before fully focusing on FP&A.


Role responsibilities:


  • Creating weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and KPIs
  • Analyse periodic royalty payment run/earnings reports, collaborating directly with royalties teams to ensure effective and insightful client reviews when presented to UK management
  • Support in budgeting/forecasting: cash flows, advances received, future committed requirements, recoupments, deal pipeline, contracting, options, cash requirements.
  • Business partnering with finance and nonfinance stakeholders to report and analyse on the needs of the business
  • Improve and streamline the financial and nonfinancial reporting process
  • Supporting with financial modelling and presenting when required
  • Gap analysis on business performance, product delivery and customer experience
  • Performing analysis to support the improvement of business models and strategies
  • Supporting leadership and senior stakeholders with longterm strategic planning.

Key skills:


  • Relevant analytical experience in a commercial facing role, as well as preparing Management Accounts
  • Qualified or finalist ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
  • Ability to translate complicated data
  • Selfmotivated and capable of working individually
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Excellent Excel skills
