A leading international firm is looking for an M&A and Equity Capital Markets Senior Associate/Legal Director to join their team in London.

This leading international law firm has more than 2,800 people across their offices in the UK, Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific.

With a comprehensive UK legal network as well as a legal network of international firms in the U.S., Europe and Asia, they are able to help clients, whatever their problem, wherever they are.

The Firm's sectors include international, institutional, private and government clients.

They combine in-depth sector knowledge with astute commercial awareness and global reach, providing clients with a comprehensive advisory, claims, dispute resolution, regulatory and transactional capability.

The UK Corporate team consists of 40+ lawyers, 20+ of which reside in the London office, and advise both domestic and international clients such as financial services businesses, tech groups, property companies, healthcare providers and investors, energy and natural resources companies and retailers.

The Corporate team are top ranked for transactions up to £50 million, however, often act on much larger transactions regularly.

The team's work covers M&A, Equity Capital Markets, Joint Ventures, LLPS and other co-investments, Venture Capital and Private Equity, Fundraising, and Reorganisation, as well as corporate governance and other advisory work.

Be a UK qualified lawyer.
Have 6+ years experience in M&A and ECM work from an established corporate practice.
Be experienced in advising both domestic and international clients.
Be detailfocused and analytical, with sound judgement skills.
Be ambitious and selfmotivated.
Have excellent client relationship skills and effective at communication.
Be a collaborative team player who fit in with a collegiate and hardworking team.
