Main Responsibilities of the Role:

To assist the Company in achieving its key performance target indicators.

To help ensure, through performance, the successful development of the firm is in line with the Duncan Lewis Business Plan.

Liaising with Directors and Fee Earning Individuals on aday to day basis on performance against target from data generated through company performance reports.


  • Review daily chargeable hour reports for all fee earning staff and liaising with individual/supervisor to ensure timesheets are submitted promptly and chargeable hours' performance issues are addressed;
  • Helping to ensure all staff training evaluation forms and outdoor attendance sheets are kept up to date;
  • Assisting with any related issues that arise through performance feedback;
  • Assist the Board with any performance related queries;
  • Help to ensure that the Monthly Director Performance Reports are correct and available to the Board on a monthly basis;
  • Coordinating performance memorandum review feedback received from Directors / Individualsand ensuring that issues responded to by relevant department; Maintaining a summary for the Board of all monthly Performance Memo Review received.
  • Other performance admin related tasks that may be required on a daily, weekly or monthly basis;

Key Skills Required:
