Wizard Staff Solutions are recruiting for a full time Trainee Recruitment Consultant based at our Head Office in Harpenden to start in March 202- Wizard are market leaders in Childcare Staffing Solutions and due to business demand, we are expanding our team and looking for a confident, organised person to join our friendly team based in Harpenden.

Travel within the area and further afield will be needed. _


Key Responsibilities:


Resourcing of Temporary and Permanent Staff

• To maintain temporary worker records in accordance with the Data Protection Act and other relevant legislation.
• To check all essential documentation for the temporary worker as part of their staff suitability checks.
• To induct our temporary workers in line with Wizard's strict childcare training
• To recruit qualified Nursery Practitioners on behalf of our clients

Business Development

• Take responsibility for coverage of any bookings including out of hours as required/covering a branches' phones in times of absence.
• To run active marketing campaigns to help increase revenue.
• Maximise on existing business
• Help to arrange our temp staff rotas weekly
• Booking staff with nurseries communicate accordingly
• To report on current activity at designated times.

Payroll

• To ensure weekly payroll is completed in a timely and accurate fashion.

Salary banding/Benefits:

£22,000 - £24,000pa plus commission
