For over 16 years, we've specialised in commercial refurbishment across the UK - whether it's a commercial property, office, collaborative space or business centre.
We also provide a range of property services to help maintain buildings. We are based near to Markfield, North West Leicestershire.We require an office-based person to join our growing team.
This role provides administrative support to the Operations Team and Directors, working closelywith all departments to ensure the smooth running of the business.
Our objective is to find a new key member of our team who will be able to develop andprogress as the company grows.
Full in-house training will be given.Please note:
own transport would be necessary due to our rural location.
Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Be flexible, committed and eager to learn new skills and processes
Be able to multitask and work efficiently
Have good organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
Have excellent timekeeping and time management skills
Be proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office software
The job will involve:
Working on computer-based systems, maintaining filing systems and databases
Answering the telephone, forwarding calls and message taking
Supporting the Operations Team and Directors with administrative tasks such as scanning, data entry, proof reading etc.
Assisting the Operations Team with the smooth running of the office
Assisting with Health and Safety paperwork for new and ongoing projects
Being part of a small team, working to deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
Liaising with customers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Maintaining the efficiency of the office including stationery stock levels, cleanliness, tidiness, and organisation
Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with fellow staff members, suppliers, customers, and subcontractors

£11.00 per hour
