The Project

As an experienced Foreman, you will be supporting the Site Manager on a fast-paced new build development near Loughborough. The project consists of new offices, canteen and utilities with a build value of approximately £10m.

You will work closely with the Site Manager to ensure that works are carried out to a high standard, in budget and in a safe manner.

Requirements:

For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;

CSCS
SSSTS / SMSTS
Full UK Driving License

Additional skills;

Good verbal and written communication skills
Adaptable working hours and excellent time management
IT Literate with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good working knowledgeable of the construction industry and current building regulations

The Role

Duration: 6 months+
Reporting to: Site Manager

Duties

Health & Safety
Progress Reporting
Updating Site Diaries
Inductions / Toolbox Talks
Ordering materials, plant and labour for site
Occasionally providing cover for the Site Manager when required
Assisting in the management of onsite labour including subcontractors
Accompany the Site Manager during site inspections and take immediate actions when required
