Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
• Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
• Upsell and crosssell products to maximize sales opportunities
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves
• Handle customer complaints or inquiries with professionalism and empathy
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Experience:

• Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required
• Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor
• Bilingual skills English are a plus
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Time management skills to ensure efficient customer service

Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
£7.29-£13.71 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
