We're recruiting for a Project Coordinator.
Our Project Coordinator will be part of the Project Delivery team and will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of our EV charging, solar and battery projects, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to understand and coordinate requirements.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the pipeline of customer leads and sign ups and proactively tracking and managing the process through, from a customer's initial enquiry to successful installation
- Ensuring customers have a brilliant customer experience through proactive and thoughtful communication
- Liaising with different areas of the business (i.e. field teams, internal operations teams etc.) to manage opportunities, challenges and timescales as we deliver schedules of rollouts
- Spotting opportunities for continuous improvement and voicing suggestions for solutions
You'll have:
- Previous experience working in an administration/coordination role
- Excellent IT and communication skills with a track record
- Great initiative with a teamwork attitude, able to develop efficient and practical solutions to challenges and opportunities
- Ability to maintain and build a professional and supportive relationship with other departments to hit business objectives and deadlines
- Competitive basic salary of up to £24,000
