Are you an experienced CNC Turner? Are you available for an immediate start? Then look no further we have just the role for you
The Best Connection are currently hiring for our client, an established manufacturing company based in South Birmingham. The role will involve producing small batch quantities of various mechanical parts using a CNC Turner. You will also be required to set and programme the CNC turning machines. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain an on going role with an immediate start.


Duties of the role will include:

  • Setting, programming and operating CNC turning machines
  • Working to fine tolerances and ensuring parts produced meet company standards
  • Using Fanuc controls
  • Using measuring tools such a micrometers & calipers
  • Producing small batches of machined parts for various industries
  • Working from engineering drawings to complete work to specifications
  • Experienced in programming, setting and operating CNC turning machines
  • Experience operating FANUC controls
  • A stable work history
  • Self motivated
  • Able to work from engineering drawings

Hours of work:


  • 8am4.30pm

Rates of pay:

- £14-£16 per hour dependant on experience
