About the Role:


Classroom Recruiters, in collaboration with various children's homes across the Burton area, are seeking compassionate and dedicated Children Support Workers to join our team.

This is a permanent position offering stability and the opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of vulnerable children.

As a Children Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing essential support and care to children with special needs in a range of residential settings.

Working Hours:

This is a full-time permanent position with a fixed 3 days on and 3 days off rota.

The working hours are from 07:00 to 22:00 each working day, providing an average of 4 days off a week.

This structured schedule allows for a healthy work-life balance while ensuring consistent support for the children in our care.


Training and Progression:


Full training will be provided for this role, ensuring that you are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in supporting children with special needs.

Additionally, Classroom Recruiters is committed to supporting the ongoing progression and development of our staff.

Opportunities for further training and qualifications, such as Health and Social Care Level 2, will be available and paid for, enabling you to enhance your expertise and advance your career within the field of childcare.
