    Role Description

    This full-time on-site role is based in Bristol. The Field Supervisor and Trainer will oversee and support Care Professionals, ensuring excellent service delivery. Daily tasks include supervising Care Professionals, conducting mobility assessments, delivering training sessions, supporting our Clients and Care Professionals out of hours as part of our on-call support, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and their families is crucial, as well as providing guidance and support to Care Professionals in their professional development.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in supervising and training staff, preferably in the healthcare sector
    • Strong knowledge of care regulations and compliance
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
    • Ability to conduct assessments and monitor Care Professional performance
    • Proficiency in developing and delivering training materials
    • Flexibility to work full-time on-site in Bristol
    • Relevant qualifications in health and social care are a plus
    • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
