PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR - LONDON

Role Overview

Well respected London practice is looking for a solicitor to join it's private client team dealing with a mix of wills, probate, trusts, Power of Attorney and tax advice work.

The role is perfect for a lawyer at the start of their career looking to train and develop under supervision increasing technical knowledge in the above areas.

Examples of the work you will cover includes:

Advising on issues of domicile, tax residence and cross-border estate planning
Drafting simple, complex and taxefficient wills and providing tax and estate planning advice.
Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Advising on and preparing documentation for the creation, variation and termination of trusts and dealing with the ongoing administration of trusts.
Be 02 years year PQE with some previous experience in private client work.
Be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to work and prioritise. systematically, attention to detail, and methodically manage multiple matters to meet deadlines.
Willing to get involved in the marketing of the department.
