Job description:


We are looking for motivated individuals who can work independently as well as part of multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellent customer service and provide reliable support to our Inspectors, working flexibly and competently to agreed operational performance and quality standards.


You will build effective working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and work as part of a team to share process improvements.

You will collate and process statements, documents and other information submitted by the public and other stakeholders daily, reviewing these against the relevant legislative criteria and ensuring personal and organisational data is safely stored and managed in line with our policies and procedures.


The volume of cases is increasing significantly, and these posts will provide you with a unique opportunity to join well-established, passionate teams who are committed to the success of our organisation and delivering on our business plan.

Person specification:


Essential Criteria

  • A high standard of written and oral skills.
  • Competent IT skills including Microsoft 36
  • Ability to draft wellreasoned draft decisions.
  • Ability and willingness to attend hearings and visit sites across the country including overnight stays several times a year (in National Infrastructure area only)

Desirable Criteria

  • A background in case processing.
  • Experience of working with other Government Departments and Agencies.
