'''Areas of Responsibility'''- Undertake administrative tasks and maintain integrity within internal software systems
- Adhere to existing and contribute to new standard operating procedures
- Administration of Microsoft licensing and NCE renewals
- Reporting of client assets
- Supplier finance agreements with clients
- Resolving invoice queries on product, licensing and services
- Monitor and facilitate incoming sales enquiries
- Administer telephony service cancellations
- Liaise with vendors on procurement
- Ordering and managing stock devices
- Placing orders with vendors
- Administer and oversee server warranty and firewall renewals
- Sales and Marketing events management
- Lugo events planning annual away weekend, 90day catchup
- Organise travel and accommodation for events
- Previous commercial administration experience
- Customer centric with excellent communication skills
- Good understanding of procurement processes
- Personable, and with good relationship building skills
- Perceptive business acumen with a focus on impact and outcomes
- Enjoys collaborative working and can work effectively in cross functional teams to drive innovation
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Salary:
Up to £26,000.00 per year
