James, Curio Collection by Hilton is a 5 Star hotel with 131 bedrooms including 3 signature suites and a number of venues including our unique Rooftop bar, lauded as one of the best in the city.

We are seeking a passionate and proficient Host / Hostess who always strives to exceed expectations and deliver unforgettable experiences, to join the talented team at The Trafalgar St James.

The Role

This role will require strong communication and multitasking skills, and determination alongside the ability to work in a team or individual as per business requirements.

The Person

An experienced individual, who will have either a luxury hotelier or high standards background in well-known restaurants and will be looking to develop a career within our lifestyle luxury hotel.

The Host / Hostess will be an individual driven by providing unforgettable guest experiences, who can build a great rapport with all our guests and colleagues, and who can prioritise under pressure.

Strong IT skills, with incredible attention to detail, whilst displaying a hands-on approach is a requirement.

A team player is a necessity when joining this small but very busy team, who is hardworking and has the drive and determination to ensure consistency to successfully obtain the best results that will reflect in the service provided to the guest and members visiting the restaurant.
