Senior Associate Solicitor

We are recruiting for a Senior Associate Solicitor to join the Commercial Property department of an established leading Private Practice Law firm in Kent.

What are the day-to-day duties of the Solicitor role?

  • Managing varied Commercial Property matters.
  • Dealing with Commercial Property transactions including acquisitions and disposals, secured lending, sales and purchases of commercial property, and commercial landlord and tenant matters.
  • Supervising and assisting members of the team
  • Managing and developing existing client relationships.

Requirements Skills and Qualifications
