The Role:


As a Management Trainee, you will embark on a transformative journey, acquiring a comprehensive understanding of our sales operations from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with senior sales executives to learn and implement proven sales methodologies, ensuring achievement of targets and revenue growth.
  • Engage in active market research to identify emerging trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences, enabling strategic decisionmaking.
  • Cultivate and nurture longterm relationships with key clients, providing exceptional customer service and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Participate in sales presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to showcase our company's value proposition and close lucrative deals.
  • Shadow and assist senior managers in daily operations, acquiring valuable insights into team management, performance evaluation, and goal setting.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Proven passion for sales and an eagerness to build a successful career in facetoface sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and forge meaningful connections with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical aptitude and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other relevant sales tools.
