Customer Services Coordinator / Receptionist, Hull (Melton, HU14 3HJ), part time, 24 hours a week (Monday, Wednesday & Friday), salary £14,000 per annum.

The Customer Services Coordinator / Receptionist function provides support to various areas of the business to help ensure customers receive a first class offering of products, services and overall customer experience.

The role is varied and requires a pro-active approach, taking ownership of tasks and working closely with the PA & front of house team.


Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Maintaining an accurate log of all customer interactions and feeding back to relevant departments and managers and highlighting any trends or problem areas.
  • Keeping an accurate log of all customer complaints in line with GDPR guidelines.
  • Covering the reception during lunchtimes and holidays. Holiday cover notice will be given in advance.
  • Managing and redirecting general queries from stores & customers
  • Creating the 'Heron Highlight's' twice weekly marketing newsletter
  • Sending out communications to the business
  • Booking meeting rooms and organising lunches.
  • Receiving visitors
  • Purchasing stationery and ad hoc supplies
  • Updating pool car calendars
  • Updating store opening times and numbers
  • Providing support to the MD and Senior Management Team in PA's absence.
Successful Customer Service Coordinator / Receptionist applicants will have previous experience within a similar role. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and will be used to managing confidential data. You will also have the confidence to work across all levels of the business.
