Salary:
£65,000

Hours: 40Hrs Per Week, Monday - Friday, 8am / 5pm

Job Type:
Full Time, Permanent

Our client has provided a variety of hard facility services to a range of businesses across London and surrounding areas for over two decades.

Their primary focus is to deliver mechanical and electrical services, project work across multiple sectors and energysolutions to ensure optimal performance of all products.

They are actively looking for a Contract Manager to join their friendly and very successful team.

Prepare tenders for clients and commercial bids to bring in new business
Develop and Present project proposals
Meeting with clients to find out requirements
Producing plans and estimating budgets and timescales
Supervising the implementation of contracts
