Infocus is an innovative and experienced UK nationwide provider of recruitment solutions and project delivery to some of the biggest names within the rail and civil engineering industries.


We are looking for a Resource Consultant to manage and develop the number of contractors, who we have working with our established Client base.

We will consider applicants from any of the following backgrounds:

  • Any current recruitment role
  • Working on either a Construction or Rail site and wishing to gain a career in Recruitment
  • Call-Centre experience
  • Estate Agent experience
  • Any role that involves dealing with people either face to face or on the phone.

About the Opportunity

The Role

  • Reporting to the Head of Operations you will be responsible for Registering and Allocating Contractors to match our client's requirements.
  • The prime aim of the team will be to drive the supply of our services to our clients, increasing volume of sales, maximising 'added value' whilst taking responsibility for both safety and quality.
  • Ensure that all services are delivered on time and to the correct standard.

About You

  • Ideally with 12 months to 3 years' experience in the above roles.
  • Good communication, people and team working skills.
  • Able to manage and deliver services successfully.
  • Ability to demonstrate the right behaviours and assist the team to ensure the culture is in line with our Company Values.
  • Ability to ensure high levels of Health & Safety and Regulatory Compliance.
