Associate Vertical Transportation - London - to £63k circa 20% bonus 12% pension

This role within a global real estate consultancy enables you play a vital role in projects from start to finish, making critical decisions and gaining insights into client commercial drivers for continuous growth and development.
As a Vertical Transportation Associate, you will offer technical support and expertise on various Vertical Transportation systems, including lifts, escalators, incline lifts, moving walkways, platforms, cradles, and building management units.
Additionally, you will conduct Term Consultancy and Vertical Transportation Audits, Condition Surveys, Technical Reviews, Dilapidation Surveys, Technical Due Diligence, and Compliance assessments.
This consultancy provides technical expert solutions throughout an asset's acquisition, management, and disposal stages, serving esteemed clients across the United Kingdom and Ireland.
With expertise spanning Vertical Transportation, IT infrastructure, BMS and Controls, Security, and Access Control, the consultancy's diverse team comprises chartered engineers and experts in Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health engineering.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing planned maintenance programs and life cycle assessments, as well as providing support in tender services, Vertical Transportation Design, Traffic Analysis, Project Management, Contract Administration, CDM Duties, Acceptance, and Witness Testing.
You will also be involved in conducting energy assessments and providing recommendations in line with BREEAM and BS EN ISO 25745 standards, further showcasing their expertise in the field.
What you'll need:
- Extensive technical knowledge and experience in Vertical Transportation systems.
- Strong project management and contract administration skills.
- The ability to analyse and interpret technical data, providing clear and concise recommendations.
- Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field.
