Venn Group is currently working on a very exciting opportunity with a renowned NHS Body in South London who are looking for an experience Project Manager to join their Mental Health & Wellbeing directorate.

Job Purpose:


The post holder will primarily lead commissioning, procurement and project work on the Mental Health recovery and rehabilitation transformation project.

This project will focus on housing and support services for adults with mental health challenges, includingthose eligible for s117 "aftercare" support from Local Council and Integrated Care Board.


Job Purpose:


  • Undertaking planning for a largescale procurement, including the management of the tender process, market engagement activities, and project reporting.
  • Delivering a program of incumbent provider reform and service reconfiguration, including oversight of client engagement, moveon and care home deregistration activity.
  • Liaising with Council and NHS Property leads on future options for a number of properties which support clients with mental health challenges.
  • Coordinating project activities with Housing Association and Housing Management Organisations.
  • Coordinating project activities with key commissioners across the Council and ICB.
  • Leading and overseeing a wideranging engagement/coproduction exercises with clients which will be carried out by an external organisation.
  • Undertaking key work with mental health social care, Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust, the Care Quality Commission (CQC), provider organisations and other stakeholders.
  • Undertaking work on the future model for housing and support services.
  • Undertake any other duties that may be required which are consistent with the grade and responsibility of the post.
