Associate Medical Writer

Location:
Hybrid (London, Reading, Hampshire, Nottingham)

Salary:
£28,000 - £34,000 + benefits

As a business, we've partnered with a fast-growing Medical Communications and PR agency who are looking for that special someone to join their medical writing team.

As a business, they pride themselves in having one of the lowest turnover rates among theirstaff with an impressive average tenure to accompany that.


Due to recent business wins they are looking to grow every aspect of the business, with Medical Writing being at the heart of that.

As a medical writer, you will be responsible for the development of high-quality materials for their pharma clients withinthe Medical Education space.


Responsibilities

  • Research and Write highquality material to support their client's objectives
  • Be autonomous in the reviewing of your work, ensuring you have completed the work to standard and accurately before passing it to the client
  • Attend internal & external meetings, and take the lead on the communication of the scientific information
  • Work collaboratively with the Client Services and Project Management team to ensure the smooth delivery of the projects.

Experience

  • Some experience within medical writing within a similar agency
  • Previous agency experience is a musthave
  • Have previous experience in writing materials such as slide decks, manuscripts, congress materials etc...
  • Some understanding of the scientific/pharma world
  • A degree in Science
