As part of the UK Strategic Growth function, the Commercial Modeller is to provide the necessary financial analysis and assistance to allow the business to make commercial decisions to maximise WSP's win rate and profitability for opportunities on our bid pipeline.

They will be responsible for supporting & leading the development of commercial and pricing offers that form part of our proposals and tenders.

The Commercial Modeller leads the financial submission within strategic tenders.

This includes working with bid management professionals and operational business leads to deliver competitive tenders, contributing to required win-rates and target margins, and providing expert advice to others.

The Commercial Modeller will promote work winning best practice across our business through their work on opportunities, coaching others and training initiatives as required.

The role will require UK wide travel.
