Job Profile
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern/Graduate to join our team.
As an HR Intern, you will assist the General Manager with a range of tasks and activities, gaining valuable experience in the field of human resources within an engineering consultancy.

Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including posting job adverts, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Support with onboarding and induction of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and responding to employee queries.
- Provide support for HR initiatives, such as training and development programs, employee engagement activities, and performance management.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practice.
- Collaborate with other departments within the business to ensure effective communication and coordination on HRrelated matters.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in HRrelated matters.
Personal Profile
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- Able to demonstrate professional work ethic, confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Energised to exceed expectations.
