As part of our growth plans, we are looking to strengthen our Appeals Handling team based from our offices in Manchester, Denton.
We are now looking for an Appeals Handler to join our busy team. This role will be a hybrid position.Duties as a Appeals Handler:
- The role involves working within our Appeals Team handling and responding to written appeals.
- Analysing case by case data, liaising with clients and collating the relevant written response.
- You will also operate a customer service phone line to provide advice on how to appeal and give updates on existing appeals/outcomes.
To be a successful Appeals Handler:
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to selfmotivate and manage your own workload.
- Good problem solving, critical thinking, reasoning and decisionmaking skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Speed of thought and decision making.
- Computer experience a good understanding of outlook, excel and word is required.
