Our client a Nursery school in the Ascot area that employs local teachers and through the Montessori approach tailors its offering to each individual child is looking for an Early Years Practitioner.

Level 2 or Level 3. Salary is up to 22k depending on your experience.

Main Responsibilities:
To uphold the highest standards of care and education at all times To assist in the implementation of activities appropriate to the children's needs and interests To assist with the settling in of new children attending the setting To work individually as well as in a team Uphold Montessori principles and practice at all times Work closely with the Montessori Teachers to implement Montessori through the EYFS Undertake regular supervision meetings with the room leader To carry out other duties as may be required

Minimum requirements:
NVQ 3, NNEB, Cache Level 3 or equivalent qualification Passion and enthusiasm for working with children Thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage Thorough knowledge of Ofsted standards and procedures Strong Communication skills
