Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Call Centre Sales Agent.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales for our clients.

You will be trained to effectively communicate with customers, understand their needs, and provide them with the appropriate product or service.


Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong customer service and sales skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn and take direction from senior team members
