They focus of providing advice that helps clients to achieve their lifetime goals.


They are looking for a financial Planning administrator to join the team supporting them and be part of their growing business based in Central London.

The Opportunity_
They are looking for a financial Planning administrator to help the team deliver an exception service to clients.
You will be part of a friendly close-knit team with the opportunity of hybrid working, 50% office and
50% home based.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a financial Planning administrator/ IFA Sales Support Administrator to come on board and share their knowledge and continue their development within a growing business.

Duties Include_

  • Providing a high standard of support for advisers
  • Preparing for a client meeting
  • Processing new business
  • Maintaining client records
  • Anti money laundering checks
  • Be a point of contact for Advisers and Paraplanners for technical administrative queries
  • Building strong relationships with clients and acting as a point of contact to answer their administrative queries.
  • Adhere to FCA regulations and internal policies

What is needed to be considered_

Be competent in pensions and investments, cashflow forecasting, retirement income planning, inheritance tax planning and alternative investments such as VCTs and EISs

Be able to provide compliant and detailed research and technical analysis to support the
advice given by the Financial Planners.

Have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in both your written and numerical work

At least 2+ years' experience within financial service industry

Benefit Package_

  • Salary £35,000 £40,000 depending on experience
  • 9% pension contribution, increase to 11% if a 2% employee contribution is made
