Ripplevale School is looking for a professional and friendly Administrator / Data Officer to work under the direction of the Senior Administrator and Senior Leadership Team.

This post is based at our site in Ripple near Deal and is term time, plus 10 days in the holidays (spread out over the academic year, as directed by the Senior Administrator. 5 days are required for part-time positions).

Hours of work 37.5 hours a week, however, we would consider fewer hours a week or 2 part-time roles working 2.5 days each.

Staff currently are required to work an additional 70 inset hours, which includes 2 hours on a Tuesday early evening twilight session.
Applicants should be committed, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and resilient and enjoy working with young people.

Child Protection & Safeguarding
Have an Enhanced DBS Disclosure.

Participate in a social media check prior to appointment.

Ensure you are aware of all Ripplevale School's Child Protection & Safeguarding Policies.

Ensure you abide by those policies (names and points of contact for all relevant agencies can be found in the policies

Participate in all Child Protection & Safeguarding training as required by the school.

Immediately report any incidents of a child protection/safeguarding nature.

Be aware that failure by a member of staff to report actual or suspected physical, sexual or emotional abuse or neglect of a pupil is a disciplinary offence

Salary:
