DMG Delta Ltd is a multiskilled building services maintenance company that specialises in large commercial gas fired energy centres and plant rooms.

We work for residential and commercial managing agents plus also offices and schools. DMG Delta is an 'Investors in People' accredited company. We are looking to recruit an Operations Administrator to support the busy Help Desk team.


Duties would include:

  • Review job progress and quality on an ongoing basis, analysing to ascertain whether further works are required prior to shutting down.
  • Ensure correct certification and paperwork is received, supplied to the client and copies saved in the management system.
  • Shut down jobs in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy prior to passing through for invoicing.
  • Liaising with Subcontractors and suppliers for any outstanding invoices
  • Recognise and escalate any internal issues related to sites or engineers to the appropriate person in a timely manner.
  • Check and process engineers' incoming reports/timesheets, monitoring for any discrepancies, expenses, ensuring accuracy and relevance, reporting back to engineers or manager where relevant.
  • Review WIP progress reports of any outstanding and completed works to invoice.
  • Managing own time effectively to ensure all daily objectives are met.
  • Raise PO's as directed.
  • Written communications to advise of 'drain downs' or other building wide notices for residents.
  • Any other duties as required within the Operations Team.
