Varsity Canterbury are an independent student accommodation company that focus on deliveringexceptional quality accommodation.
We're looking to hire a
Lettings Negotiator to work in our Canterbury office.
You'll also liaise with property owners and provide regular, in depth updates to them, you'll be responsible for engaging with our customers via social media and will be able to provide advice and opinions on all-things student accommodation related.

You must be willing and able to prospect new customers, be innovative and ready to be grow with our business.
The main roles of the position will include:
- Conducting viewings
- Dealing with leads
- Managing a database of clients
- Prospecting new clients
- Engaging with clients via our social media channels
- Offering advice to Landlords
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 35 per week
Salary:
£20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
