Job description:

About the role:

This is a fixed term contract for 12 months.

You will deliver a highly effective HR operational support service ensuring up to date provision of company policy, process, best practice and commercial advice and guidance to our customers to enable a highlyprofessional employee experience.

You will be managing a small team to support effective people management practices which enables Nominet to be a highly productive, fun place to work with engaged and motivated teams.


About you and your experience:

You will be an effective communicator who has a coaching mentality and proactively encourages and supports employee self service improvements and educating line managers to drive ownership and empower manager enablement


You will be driven to actively drive and support more effective employee and manager self-service online and tiered service model.

A natural born collaborator, you will be a community builder and passionate about sharing best practices and ways to improveautomated processes.?Critical thinking and novel approaches to problems are imperative.

The essential bits:

You must be CIPD level 7 qualified and have managed a team.

You will have demonstrable experience of working in an operational HR role, providing ER advice in a commercial manner as well as change management capabilities to ensure effective stakeholder managementand engagement.
