CC Recruitment are looking to grow the team with an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Glasgow team based in the our offices in Hillington.

CC Recruitment is 18 months old recruiting in the legal sector but we are now ready to make the next steps to drive the business forward and create a new sector to recruit in.

As an experienced Recruitment Consultant you will: Talk to and influence decision makers at all levels. Sell the recruitment service to them and rigorously driving the CC Recruitment brand. Deal with Business-to-business onsite sales. Service key accounts. Support tender and presentations. Positively profile the business within the local community. Develop and maintain a successful desk in your chosen area of expertise.

As the successful Consultant you will form part of a focused team and help your department, which will be hungry for success and committed to further increasing the market share.

You will be ambitious and be looking for an opportunity to take on more responsibility.

In return, you will receive:
Negotiable salary depending on experience Excellent commission up to 30%, Pension, Private healthcare, plus many other benefits.

Salary:
£23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
