This is an excellent entry-level role into a successful and highly productive Digital Team. You will provide vital product-focused administration support for our growing portfolio of digital concessions and third-party partners.


You will achieve this by supporting the set-up, review and ongoing maintenance of products for our digital concessions, using required templates and formats always ensuring the accuracy of product information and ecommerce imagery.

As well as supporting the achievement of revenue targets though reviewing on-site products and stock availability.- Hybrid working applies to this role, meaning you can work 50% of your time from our beautiful office in Kensington and 50% of your time from home.


Duties and responsibilities:

  • Supporting our growing portfolio of digital concessions and third parties.
  • Work with Mulberry Teams including Buying & Merchandising and Product Management.
  • Liaise with our digital concession partner teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support the achievement of revenue targets though reviewing onsite products and stock availability.
  • Product information for digital concessions and third parties:
  • Work on 'extract' sets of product information for our existing portfolio of digital concessions and third parties, including administering information into third party templates.
  • Compiling productrelated information from multiple sources.
  • Extraction and handover of product page imagery, required image naming conventions based on partner requirements.
  • Verifying the customerfacing information and products available.
  • Product catalogue:
  • Administration in English and international languages.
  • Supporting the set up of new products each season.
  • Maintenance of existing products.
  • Wider Digital Trading & Content Team projects and activities:
  • Verifying the customer-facing information on all digital concessions is accurate.
  • Supporting the review of competitor sites and collating of information.
  • Supporting the launches and ongoing maintenance of the fully translated international sites.
  • Assisting with adhoc projects that arise within the Digital Team.

  • Acts as an ambassador for the Mulberry brand and exhibits passion in all aspects of the role.
  • Positively always communicates about the Brand.
  • Skills and Knowledge Required:
***- Highly motivated and enthusiastic graduate.

  • Experience within or desire to work in a highly commercial environment with an alignment to digital.
  • Excellent written English (grammar, spelling and punctuation).
  • An outstanding eye for detail and dedication to ensuring accuracy of detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Wellorganised and efficient with strong planning capabilities.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and a high level of numeracy.
  • Not required but highly desirable: additional language skills (German, Mandarin, Korean, Japanese); interest in fashion
